What is the Project Unit?
It is the place where you explain what you want to build. You submit the project details through the online form, and MCT can review the idea, understand the requirements and discuss a suitable direction. Submitting an enquiry starts a conversation; it does not automatically mean that a project has been accepted, that a final price has been agreed, or that development has started.
The Project Unit is intended to make the first step clear. You can describe the purpose of the project, the people who will use it, the features you need and any important design or technical expectations.

05 / WORKING WITH MCT

A successful project begins with a shared understanding. The client and MCT should agree on what will be delivered, how it should work, what it will cost and when it is expected.
Requirements first
Explain the problem and the outcome you want. Clear requirements help define a realistic scope.
Quotation before work
Final pricing and timing depend on project complexity. Chargeable work should begin only after the scope and quotation are agreed.
Changes are discussed
New features or changes beyond the approved scope may affect the price and timeline. They should be discussed and approved first.
Third-party services
Domain, hosting, Firebase, payment services and other external-provider fees are separate unless specifically included in the agreed quotation.
06 / AFTER PROJECT HANDOVER
Support that continues
after launch.
Two months of complimentary support
Each MCT project includes two months of complimentary post-launch support from the official handover date, for help with the delivered product, launch-related technical issues and minor requests within the approved scope.
Implementation-defect corrections
If an MCT-built feature fails to meet the approved requirements because of a defect in MCT’s original implementation, MCT will investigate and correct that defect at no additional cost, regardless of when it is reported.
Additional work & maintenance
New features, extra pages, redesigns, content updates and out-of-scope integrations are additional work. After the complimentary support period, ongoing maintenance is quoted separately and chargeable work requires approval first.

Business Pro – LKR 35,000 සිට: වර්ධනය වන ව්යාපාර සඳහා සාමාන්යයෙන් පිටු 5–8ක් සහිත වෙබ් අඩවියක්, ව්යාපාරයට ගැළපෙන නිර්මාණයක්, Enquiry Form, WhatsApp සහ Social Links, මූලික SEO, වේගවත්කරණය, සංශෝධන වට දෙකක් සහ Launch/Handover සහාය ඇතුළත් විය හැක.
Enterprise – LKR 75,000 සිට: විශාල ආයතන සහ සංකීර්ණ Online Platforms සඳහා Custom Pages, Advanced Forms, Workflows, අවශ්යතාව අනුව Database හෝ Authentication, Admin Dashboard, API Integrations, Testing සහ Handover වැනි අංග ඇතුළත් විය හැක.

මෙම මිල ගණන් ශ්රී ලංකා රුපියල් (LKR) වලින් දක්වා ඇති ආරම්භක මිල ගණන් පමණි. අවසන් මිල සහ කාලසීමාව ව්යාපෘතියේ සංකීර්ණත්වය සහ එකඟ වූ වැඩ ප්රමාණය අනුව තීරණය වේ. Domain, Hosting, ගෙවීම් සහිත තෙවන පාර්ශ්ව සේවා, අන්තර්ගත නිර්මාණය සහ එකඟ වූ සීමාවෙන් පිටත වෙනස්කම් සඳහා අමතර ගාස්තු තිබිය හැක. වැඩ ආරම්භ කිරීමට පෙර අවසන් මිල සහ වැඩ විෂය පථය තහවුරු කළ යුතුය.

සෑම MCT ව්යාපෘතියකටම නිල වශයෙන් භාරදෙන දිනයේ සිට මාස 2ක නොමිලේ පසු-දියත් කිරීමේ සහාය ඇතුළත් වේ. භාරදුන් වෙබ් අඩවිය හෝ යෙදුම සම්බන්ධ සහාය, දියත් කිරීමේ තාක්ෂණික ගැටලු සහ එකඟ වූ සීමාව තුළ ඇති සුළු නඩත්තු කටයුතු සඳහා එම කාලය තුළ සහාය ලබාගත හැක.
