Clear information about using the MCT website and requesting our digital services. Please read the sections relevant to your visit or project.
Privacy Policy
Micro Central Technology (MCT) respects your privacy. This section explains the general approach to information you choose to provide when contacting MCT or requesting a project.
Information you provide
Depending on the feature you use, this may include your name, email address, telephone number, project requirements, messages, and files or other details you submit.
How information is used
- To respond to enquiries and communicate about a requested service.
- To understand project requirements, prepare estimates, and deliver agreed work.
- To provide support, maintain service records, and protect the website against misuse.
Sharing and protection
MCT does not publish private project enquiries as public content. Information may be handled by technology providers that support website hosting, account access, storage, or communication, and may be disclosed where required by applicable law. Reasonable technical and organisational steps should be used to protect submitted information; no online service can guarantee absolute security.
Your choices
You may contact MCT to ask about information you have submitted or to request correction or deletion where applicable. Some records may need to be retained for legitimate service, security, or legal purposes.
Terms & Conditions
By accessing this website, you agree to use it lawfully and not to interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorised access, submit harmful content, or misuse another person's information.
Website content
Website text, branding, designs, and other materials are provided for general information unless a separate written agreement says otherwise. You may not copy, redistribute, or commercially use MCT materials without permission.
Enquiries and quotations
Submitting an enquiry or project request does not by itself mean that MCT has accepted the project or entered into a service contract. Work begins only after the scope, price, timeline, and relevant terms have been agreed.
Availability and changes
MCT may update website content or temporarily limit access for maintenance. Information on the website is provided in good faith, but details should be confirmed in the project quotation or written agreement.
Payment & Refund Policy
Project pricing, currency, payment schedule, advance amount, and any applicable fees will be stated in the quotation or written agreement provided for the particular project.
Payments
Customers should make payments only through the payment method and to the recipient details confirmed directly by MCT. A project may be scheduled or started after the agreed initial payment is received.
Cancellations and refunds
Cancellation requests should be sent to MCT in writing. Any refund, deduction for work already completed, third-party cost, or non-refundable amount will be assessed against the terms agreed for that project and applicable law. No universal refund amount or automatic refund is promised by this general policy.
Where a project-specific agreement sets out different payment or cancellation terms, that written agreement should be read together with this policy.
Project Service Policy
Scope and customer responsibilities
The project scope, deliverables, required content, integrations, price, and estimated delivery date should be confirmed before work begins. Customers are responsible for supplying accurate content, feedback, and access or approvals needed for the work.
Revisions and additional work
Included revisions and the process for requesting them should be stated in the project quotation. Requests outside the agreed scope may require a revised quotation, additional payment, or a schedule adjustment.
Delivery, testing and support
Delivery dates are estimates unless expressly confirmed as fixed in writing. The customer should review the delivered work and report issues within the review period agreed for the project. Ongoing maintenance, hosting, domain renewals, and post-launch support are included only where the project agreement says so.
Third-party services
Third-party platforms, hosting providers, payment services, domains, APIs, and software may have their own fees, terms, availability, and privacy practices. These are outside MCT's direct control.
Cookie & Browser Storage Policy
Websites may use cookies or browser storage to support functions such as remembering preferences, maintaining a session, or improving reliability. The technologies used can vary by page and feature.
You can manage or clear cookies and site data through your browser settings. Blocking essential storage may affect sign-in or other website features. If MCT introduces optional analytics or advertising technologies, the relevant information and choices should be presented before they are used where required by law.
