MCT PROJECT SUPPORT

Post-Launch Support and Maintenance

Every MCT project includes two months of complimentary post-launch support, starting from the official handover date. During this period, clients can contact MCT for help with the delivered website or application, launch-related technical issues, and minor maintenance requests within the approved project scope.

MCT stands behind the work it delivers. If a feature built by MCT fails to work according to the approved requirements because of an issue in MCT’s original implementation, MCT will investigate and correct that defect at no additional cost, regardless of when it is reported.

This ongoing defect support applies to issues within MCT’s delivered work. New features, additional pages, redesigns, content updates, integrations, or other requests outside the approved scope are treated as additional work. After the complimentary two-month support period, ongoing maintenance and requested updates are estimated according to the work involved. MCT will provide the cost for approval before starting any chargeable work.

Domain, hosting, Firebase, and other third-party service fees are separate. Issues caused by changes made by the client or another provider, or by changes to third-party services, are not considered defects in MCT’s original implementation.

සෑම MCT ව්‍යාපෘතියකටම භාරදීමේ දිනයේ සිට මාස 2ක නොමිලේ සහාය ඇතුළත් වේ. මෙම කාලය තුළ භාරදුන් වෙබ් අඩවිය හෝ යෙදුම භාවිත කිරීම, දියත් කිරීමේ තාක්ෂණික ගැටලු සහ එකඟ වූ ව්‍යාපෘති සීමාව තුළ ඇති සුළු නඩත්තු කටයුතු සඳහා MCT වෙතින් සහාය ලබාගත හැක.

MCT විසින් නිම කළ වැඩ පිළිබඳ වගකීම දිගටම දරයි. MCT විසින් නිර්මාණය කළ විශේෂාංගයක්, කලින් එකඟ වූ අවශ්‍යතා අනුව ක්‍රියා නොකරන්නේ MCTගේ මුල් නිර්මාණයේ හෝ ක්‍රියාත්මක කිරීමේ දෝෂයක් නිසා නම්, එම දෝෂය වාර්තා කරන කාලය නොසලකා අමතර ගාස්තුවකින් තොරව පරීක්ෂා කර නිවැරදි කරනු ලැබේ.

මෙම අඛණ්ඩ දෝෂ නිවැරදි කිරීම MCT භාරදුන් වැඩෙහි ඇති දෝෂ සඳහා අදාළ වේ. අලුත් විශේෂාංග, අමතර පිටු, සැලසුම් වෙනස්කම්, අන්තර්ගත යාවත්කාලීන, නව සම්බන්ධක හෝ කලින් එකඟ වූ සීමාවෙන් පිටත ඉල්ලීම් අමතර වැඩ ලෙස සලකනු ලැබේ. මාස 2ක නොමිලේ සහාය කාලය අවසන් වූ පසු, නඩත්තු සහ යාවත්කාලීන ඉල්ලීම් සඳහා අවශ්‍ය වැඩ ප්‍රමාණය අනුව ගාස්තුවක් නියම කෙරේ. ගාස්තු අය වන වැඩක් ආරම්භ කිරීමට පෙර, ඒ සඳහා වන මිල ගණන ලබාදී අනුමැතිය ලබාගනු ලැබේ.

Domain, hosting, Firebase සහ වෙනත් තෙවන පාර්ශ්ව සේවාවල ගාස්තු වෙනම වේ. Client හෝ වෙනත් සේවා සපයන්නෙකු කළ වෙනස්කම් නිසා ඇතිවන ගැටලු, හෝ තෙවන පාර්ශ්ව සේවාවල වෙනස්කම් නිසා ඇතිවන ගැටලු, MCTගේ මුල් වැඩෙහි දෝෂ ලෙස නොසැලකේ.
